They are now harvesting every week. Last week they picked chard, mangetout, cabbage, spinach and borage – they are going to make a stir fry and salad today.

The group are really enjoying this process and eating the food they have grown. The benefits to wellbeing is also evident and the practical element of being outdoors. Well done to all involved.
