Enniscorthy Vocational College welcomed Anna Hayes, staff reporter with the Echo Group of Newspapers recently. Anna spoke to both 6LA classes giving them an appraisal of the work and skills required of the modern Journalist over the period of an hour and a half through a presentation and a follow up Q and A session with students.
Anna discussed her typical working day, the process of story development from conception to print and the skills required for the work of the Journalist in the 21st century.
