All support calls should be logged directly to the IT Department in Ardcavan via email

We request you log all calls via email, with the exception of resetting of passwords, and only ring the IT department if urgent, this will enable us to efficiently handle all calls.

For the purposes of Remote Support, WWETB staff may from time to time be requested by the IT department to install TEAMVIEWER software onto their computers. Please click on the link below to facilitate this.
